We were excited to be invited to participate in three national rollout programs in Ferguson stores - a complete retrofit of their bath fixture and lighting pads, full renovation of their professional tool and materials centers (Counters of the Future), and finally the Kitchen Aide pad renovations. Each program was challenging in different ways, but all required a high level of expertise and attention to detail that our teams completed to great reviews across all locations.
These projects required doing all work while the stores were in operations, so we utilized soft barriers and our Festools to minimize the impact on the customers and staff. From demolition of existing pad fixtures, electrical, flooring, framing and drywall, new paint and graphics to the actual product heavy fixture installations, our teams coordinated with local managers and staff as well as our PM's to keep the project moving as smoothly as possible. There were many pieces involved in the installations, so organization and paperwork were very important. This is where our electronic document management system and the diligence of our team members was so important. As we progressed through the locations, we developed systems and processes that allowed us to cut time and costs and ensure that the local ownership was thrilled with the results.More construction projects
