The North Face decided to refresh their fixture header graphics at 100's of locations nationwide that needed to be refreshed. Our teams were tapped to do dozens across the Western states - and each location provided it's own challenges.
Throughout the rollout, our teams kept in close contact with PM's to inform them of the unique site conditions they were coming across. Some locations were simple and easy to install, but more often than not, we came across conditions that required custom solutions to ensure success of the project. From the wrong fixtures, crowding from other brand fixtures and graphics, as well as some locations that had no fixtures for The North Face at all, we were able to work through everything and provide our PM's with solutions that kept the project moving.
Electronic documentation and digital signatures really helped keep everything organized and easy to access for our PM's, shortening the turn around time to their clients.
